1.     Student Residential Accommodations: We oversee the management of your living spaces, ensuring a safe, comfortable, and conducive environment for academic focus and personal development.

2.     Counselling Services and Pastoral Care: Our team is here to provide emotional support, guidance, and a listening ear. We recognize that the university journey can be challenging, and we are committed to helping you navigate through it.

3.     Mess and Catering Services: We ensure that your dining experience is not just nourishing but also an enjoyable part of your daily routine.

4.     Sports and Recreational Activities: Emphasizing the importance of a healthy balance, we organize sports and recreational activities to encourage physical well-being and a sense of community.

5.     Chaplaincy Services: For those seeking spiritual guidance and support, our chaplaincy services are available to provide assistance and a sense of community.

6.     Disciplinary Statutes, Rules, and Regulations: We are responsible for overseeing and enforcing the rules and regulations that govern student behavior on university property and during sponsored events.

 Additionally, our office plays a pivotal role in coordinating the orientation program, room check-in/out processes, supporting student cultural and sporting organizations, event planning, and overseeing student disciplinary procedures. 

The content within the specifically prepared Student Information Handbook serves as a valuable resource, offering insights into student support services, on-campus living, self-help materials, and residential rules and regulations.

Our rules and regulations draw inspiration from the best practices of our predecessor institutions, namely Enga Teachers College, Enga School of Nursing, and UOG Enga Campus, providing a framework for governing behavior on university grounds.
